  I normally never write reviews. I just moved back to Cincinnati, and I decided to order some carry out from Toot's because it had been a long time since I'd eaten there. When I googled searched for their phone number, I saw their 3.6 star rating and thought to myself that they deserve a higher rating. I ordered carry out, it was great, just like it's always been.

  Wings and ribs are great. Service is great. Wish they would allow you to order all flaps on the wings. Only complaint.

  Having enjoyed the 1 lb of shrimp three previous visits, my last visit again ordering the shrimp was short lived.
  
  I was ll all evening and relieved myself of the shrimp after three hours of walking around with a stomach ache.
  
  When I approached the management the next day, with my receipt and the leftover shrimp, I was told I could get a refund, but nothing else. I protested and they would check with the owners. It has been a week and nothing has happened.
  
  I believe their treatment of me, a loyal customer who has frequented the place for at least 20 years was very poor.
  
  Toot's lost me as a regular. Hope they treat you better if you have an incident.
