  I have always liked Traci's because Katie and their male bartender (Gary, I think), were always nice. They were welcome and made it a fun bar atmosphere. Shannon has a bad attitude and is unprofessional, even as a bartender. She turned away over 15 paying customers. We weren't being disrespectful, we weren't being unruly. We were just trying to catch up with old high school friends. She doesn't like anybody under the age of 30 and immediately gets a bad attitude. I've had numerous encounters with her, none particularly pleasant, all based on my age. If you have anything besides an Ohio ID, she will automatically deny you. She doesn't know how to tell if an ID is real or not. It's sad that one bartender can ruin an entire establishment.

  My observation, you get great service if they know you otherwise you have to beg. Will never go back!

  2/24 - Gary really hustled on a very busy Friday night. Great service in a challenging (but fun environment). Great hangout!
  
  3/24/17 - Shannon has moved on, but those who dog her, in my opinion, aren't giving her the consideration she deserves. Perhaps they are part of the unruly college bunch that came in after another bar closed and were belligerent and acted like entitled punks. She took a firm stand, and other patrons and I here at the time supported her. However, she's moved on now, and Lisa is very nice. It's a great laid back place to hang.
